01 — THE SAMPLE

Ireland's largest Indian restaurant, ordering direct.

Bengal Brasserie on the Lisburn Road bills itself as the largest Indian restaurant in Ireland, a 200-seat room built for occasions. A restaurant that size cannot afford to rent its customer relationships from marketplace apps.

Kobault built their own channels instead: a site with direct online ordering, table reservations and gift vouchers, plus a Bengal Brasserie app for iOS and Android that offers 20% off a customer's first order to pull regulars onto it.
