SPECIMEN SHEET Nº 103 — PROPERTY KB·03 — STABLE

Apps & systems
that open new ground.

TYPE — STABLE PROPERTYPLATFORMS — IOS / ANDROID / WEBRANK — SECONDARY
01 — THE PROPERTY

Native, web or fully bespoke. Built by the team that builds your site.

An app can reach an audience your website never will. It can also replace the spreadsheets quietly holding your operation together. We scope, design and ship apps in-house from Belfast.

That covers native iOS and Android, web apps, and internal systems like the CRM we built for Cunningham Covers. One team from first sketch to the app stores.

02 — In the compound.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
IN-01 Scoping & UX

We map what the app must do before a line of code, so you build the right thing once.

IN-02 Native iOS & Android

Apps for both stores, designed for the platform rather than ported to it.

IN-03 Web apps

Installation-free tools your customers and staff reach from any browser.

IN-04 APIs & integrations

Connected to your site, stock, payments and the systems you already run.

03 — In practice.

HOW THIS WORKS FOR YOU

App development in Belfast tends to mean one of two things: a customer-facing app, like the ordering and takeaway apps we've built for restaurant groups, or an internal tool that runs part of the business itself. We do both. The Cunningham Covers CRM and ERP falls into the second camp, carrying a quote from first enquiry to the factory floor.

What we care about most is scoping. Apps go wrong at the drawing board far more often than in the code, so we spend real time working out what yours needs to do, and what it can live without, before anything gets built.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Do I need a native app or a web app?

If your users need push notifications, offline use or app-store presence, native is usually right. If they just need a tool that works on any device without installing anything, a web app is faster and cheaper to ship. We'll help you decide before any money is spent.

Can you build internal systems, not just customer apps?

Yes — some of our biggest builds are internal. Custom CRMs, ordering systems and production tools, shaped to how your team already works.

Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?

We take care of the whole process: accounts, listings, screenshots, review and release. You end up with a live app, not a bundle of files.
