02What we collect and why
Contact form. When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: name, email address, and anything optional you include such as company, phone number or the services you're interested in. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to you.
Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, and how you found us. Analytics only loads if you press Accept on the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time via the COOKIES link in the footer. The legal basis is consent.
Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may process technical data about your browser to distinguish people from bots. See Google's own privacy policy for details.
Server logs. Our hosting keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and diagnostics.
03What we don't do
We don't sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or run advertising cookies. Enquiry details go to our inbox and stay there.
04How long we keep things
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they're useful to the conversation and any work that follows. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.
05Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent for analytics. Email hello@kobault.com and we'll handle it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
06Client portal
Clients using my.kobault.com are covered by the account terms agreed when the account was created; that system holds billing and support data needed to provide services.
07Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll update this page and the date above.
